What We Do NOT Do

Gaudium Limited does not:

• Provide immigration or legal advice
• Act as an immigration authority, lawyer, or regulated adviser
• Represent embassies, consulates, or immigration departments
• Make or influence visa or admission decisions
• Guarantee any outcome

 

This distinction is fundamental to our service model and compliance framework.

NO IMMIGRATION OR LEGAL ADVICE

All information provided by Gaudium Limited:

• Is based on publicly available guidance
• Is administrative and informational only
• Does not constitute legal or immigration advice

 

Visa, immigration, and admission decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities or institutions, and Gaudium has no control over such outcomes.

NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Visa approval is never guaranteed
• Admission to any educational institution is never guaranteed
• Fees paid to Gaudium are for professional time, administrative work, and referral services, not outcomes

 

No statement made by Gaudium or its consultants should be interpreted as a promise, assurance, or prediction of success.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information
• Submitting genuine and unaltered documents
• Reviewing all application materials before submission
• Attending appointments personally where required

 

Gaudium is not responsible for:

• Errors originating from client-provided information
• Consequences arising from misrepresentation or omissions
• Decisions made by third parties

VISA APPLICATION SUPPORT SERVICES

Visa support services may include:

• Requirements checklists
• Application form completion based strictly on client input
• Document review for completeness and consistency
• Administrative guidance on process flow

 

Gaudium does not:

• Communicate with embassies on your behalf
• Provide appeal or re-application strategy
• Advise on document creation, alteration, or financial arrangements

EDUCATION REFERRAL SERVICES

Referral-Only Model

Education services are provided strictly on a referral basis. Gaudium:

• Introduces students to suitable institutions
• Facilitates initial communication where appropriate

 

Admissions decisions remain entirely with the institution.

Referral Fees & Transparency

Gaudium may receive referral commissions from partner institutions.
Such commissions:

• Do not increase fees charged to students
• Do not influence admissions decisions
• May be disclosed to clients in the interest of transparency

FEES & PAYMENTS

• All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Fees reflect Gaudium’s premium, detail-oriented service model
• Fees are charged for services rendered, not outcomes
• Prices may be updated from time to time

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refunds and cancellations are governed exclusively by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

 

Visa refusals, admission refusals, or changes in circumstances do not constitute grounds for refunds unless expressly stated in that policy.

REFUSAL OUTCOMES

Visa or admission refusals:

• Are outside Gaudium’s control
• Do not indicate service failure
• Do not entitle clients to refunds or compensation

 

Post-refusal engagement is managed in line with our Client Refusal Management SOP.

CLIENT COMPLAINTS & ESCALATION

Complaints are handled in accordance with our Client Complaints & Escalation Policy.

 

This policy sets out:

• How complaints may be submitted
• Review timelines
• Escalation pathways
• Finality of decisions

DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

Gaudium processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

 

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Personal data will be processed lawfully, transparently, and securely
• Data may be transferred internationally (Nigeria, UK/EU, USA, Canada)
• Appropriate safeguards are applied in line with NDPR, GDPR, UK GDPR, and PIPEDA

• Third-party service providers (couriers, payment processors, translators)

RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICE

Gaudium reserves the right to refuse or terminate services without refund where:

• Fraud or misrepresentation is identified
• These Terms are breached
• Continued engagement poses legal, regulatory, or reputational risk
• Abusive or inappropriate behaviour occurs

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in other jurisdictions.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically.
The version in force at the time you use our services will apply.
